Mauritius Hotel & Therme - Cologne

Nice place with excellent spa facilities, free wi-fi, and a cozy bar. On my first stay, staff recommended a great food delivery. Highly recommend the aufguss ritual! I'm coming back for xmas.

Well-trained stuff, tastefully decorated and air conditioned room with three beds and the terrace, for example. Good variety at breakfast. Nice location, 21 minutes drive from the airport.

Tiny bathroom.

It is a good value and nicely appointed property located in Altstadt-Sud district next to the Christmas markets, attractions and eateries, the historic center of town and easy walk to Dom. The room is a nice size with double bed, also they can offer wake-up service. The location is convenient and decent, close to several subway stations.

Good reception. Large, comfortable apartment, good heating, well ventilated, good views of the city, separate beds (narrow) of good quality. Near the center in mobilization, good neighborhood, nice landscape around. entrance to the apartment is far from the hotel reception because there is no pass through the interior, existing pools and passengers who use them. good buffet breakfast (not included in the price) and attention of the manager (Peruvian) very nice. bathroom is very clean and with its corresponding toiletries, good shower, spacious and comfortable. Dinner a la carte, piece of meat well cooked with sauteed vegetables of very good quality.

Single beds could be large when requested to do so. The overall cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Improve the atmosphere of the apartment and try not to enter from the outside, since we had to walk a long way to get there, it's behind the hotel reception.

The spa facilities were excellent. I booked a comfort room which was spacious and comfortable in itself. The hotel is close to the tram line but even so it is only 20 mins to walk into the city centre at a slow stroll!

I switched rooms (room 204) after two days because of noise from outside the hotel. The days were hot and with no air con the window needed to be open to cool the room. The second room (214) was at the back of the hotel and noise was not an issue there at all. The rest of the week was very calm.

The staff were excellent and the facilities were great. The therme was first class. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again. When I asked how I paid for the use of the internet in the foyer I was told it was free. Also the breakfast was great value for money. Handy for tram and subway. The only downside was the noise as my room was at the front on the ground Floor. The receptionist allowed me to change to a back room for the next two night and it was so peaceful. Overall I loved my weekend and cant wait to get back

No complaints what so ever

It had exceptionally nice location close to a Romanesque church. There was a good restaurant, a market and an old market next door. We had a well-equipped room and stunningly beautiful views.

wonderful inclusive spa

The room was well-equipped and provided with a single bed in the other section, 55' screen, air conditioner...

The breakfast was good, especially because of its price. My room had the best shower I have ever had in a hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the swimming pools and saunas, assuming that this was free of charge for hotel guests. However, it cost 20 euros per day, really ridiculous. Furthermore, the rooms were not very special and rather overpriced. The parking garage was quite far away from the hotel.

Frendly staff, good location, nice room, relaxing atmosphere and excellent SPA

I liked the facilities and the location. I travel with my small dog and he was welcome too. Great room when it comes to space and comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but fine. Everything spotless clean. Good staff too! Good spa. This hotel will be my first choice everytime I need to be in Cologne! Great Italian Restaurant "Pasta & Music" around the corner!!!

The rooms have no airconditioning and it was very warm at night. The outdoor pool was really not very outside and the roof terrace was closed. If you like space around you, it feels a bit closed in and it was very hot.

The spa facilities were fantastic, especially the indoor and heated outdoor pools. It was the perfect place for relaxation and unwinding after exploring the city.
